We understand that sometimes circumstances change, and we want to ensure you have a clear understanding of our return and refund policies. This Return Policy outlines the terms and conditions for cancellations, refunds, and returns for both our services and products.

Service Cancellation Policy
Consultation Cancellations
We understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you may need to reschedule or cancel your consultation appointment. Our cancellation policy for consultations is as follows:
- Cancellations made more than 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a full refund or can be rescheduled at no additional charge
- Cancellations made between 24 and 48 hours before the scheduled appointment will receive a 50% refund or can be rescheduled with a $25 rescheduling fee
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment are not eligible for a refund, though we will work with you to reschedule when possible
- No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling credits
Organization Service Cancellations
For our comprehensive organization services, including home organization, wardrobe organization, and other decluttering services, the following cancellation policy applies:
- Cancellations made more than 7 days before the scheduled service date will receive a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee
- Cancellations made between 3 and 7 days before the scheduled service date will receive a 75% refund
- Cancellations made between 24 and 72 hours before the scheduled service date will receive a 50% refund
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service date are not eligible for a refund
We strongly encourage you to contact us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule your service appointment. We will do our best to accommodate your needs and find a solution that works for both parties.
Rescheduling Policy
We understand that plans can change, and we offer flexible rescheduling options:
- You may reschedule your appointment up to two times without penalty, provided the request is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled appointment
- Additional rescheduling requests may be subject to availability and a rescheduling fee
- Rescheduled appointments must be completed within 60 days of the original appointment date
Product Return Policy
General Return Conditions
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of organizational products from Tluzarinvrnrex. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it under the following conditions:
- Products must be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date
- Items must be in their original packaging and in unused, resalable condition
- All tags, labels, and protective materials must be intact
- A proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned due to hygiene, safety, or customization reasons:
- Custom-made or personalized items
- Items that have been used, assembled, or altered
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
- Gift cards and service vouchers
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order to request a return authorization
- Provide your order number and reason for the return
- Once approved, you will receive return instructions and a return shipping label if applicable
- Package the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item to the address provided within 14 days of receiving return authorization
Return Shipping
For returns due to defects, damage during shipping, or errors on our part, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you. For returns due to change of mind or other reasons not related to product defects or our errors, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method and purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value. Tluzarinvrnrex is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Refund Policy
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider.
- Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
- Debit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear
- Bank transfer refunds may take 7-14 business days to process
Please note that your bank or credit card company may also take additional time to process and post the refund to your account.
Partial Refunds
In certain situations, partial refunds may be granted:
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery but within 60 days may be eligible for store credit only
- Items with obvious signs of use or damage not caused by shipping
- Items returned without original packaging or missing components
- Items that have been partially used for services that have begun but not been completed
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We ask that you:
- Notify us within 48 hours of receiving the item
- Provide photographs of the damage or defect
- Keep all original packaging materials for potential inspection
- Do not attempt to repair or alter the item
Upon verification, we will provide a full refund or replacement at no additional cost to you, including any shipping charges incurred.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items for a different size, color, or style when available. To request an exchange:
- Contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order
- Specify the item you wish to exchange and the desired replacement
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will be responsible for the price difference
- If the exchange item is of lower value, we will refund the difference to your original payment method
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired item is not available, we will offer a refund or store credit.
Service Satisfaction Guarantee
We take pride in the quality of our organization services and want you to be completely satisfied. If you are not satisfied with the service provided:
- Please contact us within 7 days of the service completion to discuss your concerns
- We will work with you to address any issues and may offer a complimentary follow-up session
- If we are unable to resolve the issue to your satisfaction, we may offer a partial refund based on the circumstances
Our goal is to ensure that every client is happy with their newly organized space, and we will make every reasonable effort to achieve this.
Gift Returns
If you received an item as a gift and wish to return it:
- Please contact us with the gift giver's order information if available
- Returns of gift items will be processed as store credit to protect the privacy of the gift giver
- Store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue

We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. We encourage you to review this policy periodically. Your continued use of our website and services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised policy.
